Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. In the case of a return or exchange, please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

To begin the process, please contact us at info@ainastudios.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved, please contact us at info@ainastudios.com.
